Received my City MD very quickly and in what looked like good condition initially, until I got it put together. There was apparently zero quality checks performed on this bike. The rear disc rubbed so badly on the kickstand that the wheel would barely spin. The rear caliper was out of alignment. The derailleur was about as non-adjusted as you could make it. The rear brake reservoir had leaked making the rear braking squishy and unsafe, and the front rim had somehow been damaged and wobbled badly. All of this, and all Rize did when I reached out was to say "it happens in shipping sometimes", tell me how to fix it myself and to have me bring the front rim to a repair shop. This is NOT the definition of "Premium". I will be sure my next ebike purchase is from a local bike store and recommend everyone else do the same.

Bad experience, customer service is not efficiency not have customer service experience no compensation for the time waiting for the parts, receive broken parts and wrong part. Waited for couple of month for the parts . Order new batteries not as I want to pick it up. They change to delivery. Waited for month again for battery. Didn’t receive my reimbursement yet after talking to customer service about two to three month .
