Great parts and communications. Shipping a bit slow due to back ordered part but that is understandable. Guys from Riva called me multiple times to make sure I was happy and one the parts came in the order promptly arrived. Minus one star for receiving a dinged up battery after all the waiting. Outer box was not damaged so this battery was damaged prior to shipping. Seems to be still sealed, just a bit disappointing
