I ordered the wrong bike
I ordered the wrong bike initially (my fault) and emailed them that night. It was a Sunday. I would have thought nothing happens on Sundays. The bike I meant to order was the same price. But when I rang the next day to confirm this had happened, I was told they had cancelled my order and I would need to reorder. A bit stressful because it meant I had to pay for two bikes until the refund came through, (which took longer than the bike did to arrive) but also because it was on sale and meant to be finishing on the Sunday. I asked if I would still be able to get it at the sale price and was told it depends if they’ve changed the price yet online. Luckily they hadn’t.
But the bike arrived quickly, only took about 3 days and the online link of how to put it all together was great. Easy to follow.
