Purchased a new set of Portage Panniers for a trip on Catalina Island. Bags holsters and dry bags worked great and had more than enough capacity. Absolutely no movement or issues. Beautifully made and designed. Great set of panniers used on an OMM Divide rack. Best to mount the bags on the rack and then install on bike. Makes it a snap. Love that they are fully sealed and water proof.
