Before using my board, in a work day I'd spend about 60% of my day sitting and 40% standing. I realize now I was ping-ponging between discomforts: I'd decide to stand once my back had had enough of sitting, then I'd decide to sit again once my legs and feet felt uncomfortably fatigued from standing. I am amazed at how much better my whole body feels when I'm on my board, and how I concentrate on my work better as a result. I simply don't develop stiffness or fatigue anywhere, even during a long work day.
