I dealt with Rad Power Bikes in the Netherlands on two occasions and found them really friendly and helpful. They gave me confidence in the ongoing support I would likely receive. My only issue is that they seem to exclusively use DHL for delivery and they are really poor. The social media experience of DHL delivery of Rad Power Bikes suggest that Rad should offer more delivery options (including higher cost/quality) for customers to choose from.
