If you want an ebike, then there is only one great value for money choice ; Rad. Impressive, sturdy, and with an exceptional customer support environment. I have received exceptional service from Rad Europe - 3 separate orders for a Rhino, then a Step-thru, then accessories. At every stage I was informed of progress; and follow up to a technical issue was immediate and swiftly resolved (loose connector) by both email and verbally over the phone. The range of Rad internet support, general information and “Rad family” items is very good. These Rad bikes are great value for money, and are positively commented by passers by every time we go out in them. Just love riding them 😄
