Bought two RAD 5’s picked up at store were ready as planned and explained all the components and how to fold, assisted loading bikes. Great service.

It's great! Note to your assembly department: I noticed that the motor cable was missing a zip tie to properly secure it to the frame. As a result, the cable was rubbing against the rear disc brake. Fortunately, I noticed it in time and added the missing zip tie myself. However, the cable had already started to wear slightly due to the contact.
