Our recent service and bike rack purchase were great. We had travelled from out of town, and our bike was ready sooner than originally scheduled which helped our travel plans greatly. The rack we purchased works great (except for an end cap that fell out and was lost), and the recommendation for our hitch install was close by, and very professionally done. A great experience overall.

I spent a few years really wanting an e-bike but never having the gumption to get one and after having a baby my regular bike was just too much of a haul getting groceries and going longer distances with my daughter in tow. I got this e-bike just over a month ago, and other than two days when I was out of town, I have used it everyday, sometimes twice! Shipping was fast, putting it together (with my husband’s help) was pretty straight forward. It is the best thing I have ever bought as an adult! I haven’t used my car in a month, and I truly enjoy getting from place to place. It is such a joy travelling with my daughter, who isn’t a huge fan of her car seat, and I’m getting exercise but not flat out spent by the time I get home. It is such an awesome bike, easy to use, charge, park, and lock. I am in love! Thank you Rad, you are, well…RAD!
