Rad has always been great to deal with. This is my second bike from them. The headlight on this one quit and they replaced quickly with no problems. Also great with advice.

Very durable and well thought out e-bike. Great accessories. Easy to assembly and the online service people are top notch. They helped me out when it was my own stupidity. Can’t say enough about their service team.
