Product looks to be great, but shipping was subpar
UPS is awful lately. I paid for expedited shipping and it took like 10 days. Oh well! Still like Race Face products and will still keep rocking them.

Aside from the fact that the pad does not fit my truck very well, the rest of the experience (ease of purchase, timeliness of shipment, price) was pretty good.

Still Haven't Received Pedals
UPS lost my shipment. I called a week ago to inform customer service. They said they would send out a replacement shipment. I still have not had any follow up or received a replacement shipment. I'm going to have to keep calling back about this and that's frustrating. Would be great to get these pedals.
