Good overall

I ordered just at the start of the BC flooding events. I paid a significant premium for shipping to avoid issues. Race Face was perfect except for choice of carriers. Canada Post has consistently missed deadlines, provided poor information on their tracking site and sent me to Shoppes Drug Mart to pick up my package. The 2 business day shipping turned into more than a week. This is where NAT stepped in. She responded quickly to my concerns, refunded the express shipping cost and even checked in afterwards to see how things went. Lets skip Canada Post next time Race Face, you are way to awesome for that! And lets give NAT a bonus, she exudes the brand!!

Everything was fine, disappointing that T2 Tailgate pad went on sale for 50% off soon after I ordered but looks like a great product.
