Great service. Purchased my zip repair order online. Postage labels arrived in a couple of days. I posted my jacket on the Saturday and received it back the following Thursday with a brand new zip sewn in by Tina. Couldn't ask for more.

The lengthy part was waiting for the shipping label to arrive by post - several days. However once I had sent both coats the service was brilliant , within a week in fact. Both coats look great. Glad to ve able to get non rab branded coat cleaned too.

Superb all-rounder! Gives extra warmth, lightweight, adaptable (tie round waist if needed), wear as extra layer or light enough if extra showerproof jacket needed. Perfect! Love the colour but can’t wait to have an alternative colour too.
