Customer Service has been excellent! Problem with controller so they sent a new one via FedEx and I received it within 2 days (southern ca. ). Extended warranty was offered after I received it. Definitely a no-brainer especially since it is transferable. Makes an e-bike much easier to sell with an expended warranty!
