My Quietkat Apex XD was shipped in a timely manner and the packaging was the best I have ever seen with any products. It took my son and I longer to unpack the bike than it did putting it together. Quietkat definitely goes far and beyond when it comes to their packaging and shipping. The time it took me to unpacking the bike was well worth it. Thank you Quietkat for exceeding my expectations. We'll done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
