Ordering was a smooth process. The battery has to be shipped ground and the bike and accessories arrived a day or two prior. Definitely had me watching the tracking like a hawk because I was eager to get to riding.

Shipping was fast and easy any problems or questions I had while I was putting the bike together. I just emailed her customer service tech-support and they were right there on it. No problems service was great.
