Amazing customer service. One of the preowned clubs I bought had a chip on the back it that wasn't described in the product description, and they caught it before they sent it to me. They personally reached out and gave me the option to cancel the order or to take a rebate. They didn't have to do that, the chip was very minor, but they earned a customer for life by doing so.

Easy to find, shipping was on time, customer service was great when I had a question. Highly recommend Puetz Golf!
