Wonderful bike. Beautiful design and smooth ride. Had it pre-assembled prior to shipment (which was super helpful) and only a few minor things to do to complete the set-up. Also, the customer service were super awesome and responsive to my many questions. Thumbs up overall!

I ordered a ready to ride and it was very easy to assemble. So far the bike works great, is comfy and easy to start. I’m really liking it!

I really love this bicycle. First - it's a real stunner! Absolutely beautiful. Great lines, great color. It's fit for purpose - I wanted it to ride my toddler around the neighborhood in a front-mounted seat, and also tootle back-and-forth to the store and my city garden plot. It does these things wonderfully. And the mixte frame makes it easy to have the front seat and rear rack & basket and still get my leg over easily. It'll be perfect to take to the beach (to get to the beach from the rental house). In other words - this is great for short trips taken slowly, and the upright posture reminds me why I like biking in the first place. (Also - I went for the internal hub mainly for the looks and because I wanted to try one out. No complaints! It shifts smoothly and I'd expect it to last the life of the bike without issue).

I've always known that Public bikes are quality having owned one for over 12 years and riding like new. In getting this one my only big choice was a C7 or an M7 - so many colors to choose! I went with the read M7 and it arrives in a timely fashion, was boxed carefully and assembly was beyond easy - the $99 assembled shipping is absolutely worth the price. I didn't have to put the wheels on or adjust the brakes. Everything was calibrated perfectly, and I was riding within the hour. And the bike is magic. And I knew I made the right choice on my first ride when an stylish elderly lady crossing the street shouted out to me "I love your bike!"

Sharp bike. We had shipped to Chicago - arrived perfect and easy to assemble. The details are great on this bike. I like the chrome and black finishes. Nice details. Handle bars are different then I have had in past, they feel very comfortable. Will be great for city riding.
