After placing my order, the product was my doorstep the next day!

Good day, I wanted to send this off yesterday but time got away from me. On Monday I ordered an Edmonton Oilers jersey for my best friend who surprisingly in all her years of being an Oiler fan did not have a Jersey. Money always had other priorities unfortunately. So Monday I ordered the Jersey online and rushed into your 164 Mayfield Commons location in Edmonton right after work. This was going to be a wonderful surprise! Sadly I arrived at 5:05 pm to see a sign on the door that the store was closed at 5 so staff could enjoy the game (which I think is a wonderful thing!). I was devastated with my huge surprise for my BFF was seemingly unachievable. Seeing your staff inside I knocked on the door, and after a slight hesitation they not only came to the door but once I explained the situation, were able to go above and beyond and locate the Jersey for me! I cannot put into words how much much this meant to me and later that evening, my BFF. Because of the staff at the location that evening my BFF was able to watch game 7 proudly sporting her Oilers Jersey!!! Many tears were shed that night, but some out of joy and excitement because of your staff. Please pass along a HUGE thank you to the young man and the young lady that helped me that night!!! They went above and above and beyond. Next season when I am looking for my own Oilers jersey, I will only shop at one Hockey Life location, Mayfield Common! Thank you so very much to your and the staff for making a wonderful memory!

order came fast, had to return due to sizing not accurate, but easy returns!
