Fantastic product! Arrived timely and I've been using it on different areas almost every day. The charges last awhile on the pods and it's both a good workout and recovery. The only recommendation I have is that if you order extra pods for the wireless, the actual instructions included don't discuss how to synch them. This was a bit confusing at first, however, they have step by step YouTube videos on their links to walk you through. This has been everything from an enhancement prior to work, a replacement workout on some days to pain relief on other days. For the price and versatility, you just can't beat it. I've lost 8lbs of the dreaded COVID "20lbs" from quarantine with the 1st weeks of using.
