Playbetter.com was fantastic. I ordered a Skytrak golf system to ship same day overnight. Due to a winter storm the manufacturer was unable to ship it that day. Playbetter.com kept me informed so there were no surprises. They went ahead and shipped it overnight at no charge to me even though it was something that was out of their control. Ordered from UK on the Monday and item arrived on Wednesday; often takes longer than that domestically! Shame I've injured my back so have no idea when I'll get to use Arccos 360!
