Ordered two 12 packs of Franklin X-40 pickleballs. They came on time & all were good.

Got email notification that the 14mm Perseus was available at 2pm on a Friday. Ordered it. It was shipped out a hour later at 3pm. Arrived at my home in northern CA at 3pm Saturday!!. Most pickleball stores take several days to get order processed especially on Friday afternoon. So very impressed with the service. Plus I like that the online store will pay for you to ship back one of your old paddles to be donate to youth groups.
