Shipping was on time and as described, which seems to be a rarity these days.

Found this place online first, but was able to go in person because they are located a few cities from me. The selection was better than I had seen elsewhere and they let you borrow a "demo" paddle first to see if you like it before purchasing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and I went home with the "perfect paddle" for me and my level.
