I was pleased that it came in a timely manner.

Machine works great, customer service is excellent

Great service sent my unit on Thursday got a replacement on Saturday can’t beat it

Ozonics has it down to a science. I love my product and the pack ability is awesome for a whitetail hunter. I recommend any product Ozonics makes but the most recent product I’ve used in the HR500 so that is my new go to.

Purchased the HR500 was at my house in 3 days. Simply opened the box charged the battery and was open for business. If hunting from a blind make sure you order the blind bracket so that you can hang it. What a great product.
