Ozonics has it down to a science. I love my product and the pack ability is awesome for a whitetail hunter. I recommend any product Ozonics makes but the most recent product I’ve used in the HR500 so that is my new go to.

Purchased the HR500 was at my house in 3 days. Simply opened the box charged the battery and was open for business. If hunting from a blind make sure you order the blind bracket so that you can hang it. What a great product.

Had an issue with a staticky noise being emitted past the first setting. Contacted customer support and within 30 minutes they responded. Had to show a receipt of purchase for warranty purposes and sent a video showing the issue, they sent me a label immediately and expedited shipping as soon as my unit got scanned with their label.
