OYO & NOVA Gym

I’m a eighty year old Wheelchair bound Viet vet. I bought both of the OYO gyms. They work well for me and fit into my personal interest in keeping some muscle tone. They’re an easy fit. 👍😊

Excellent product. I've lifted weights in the past but for the last 20+ years I've been unable to do that due to degenerative disc disease. However this product enables me to workout with little to no issues. Granted I can't do those exercises requiring
