Oyo Fitness are a good company. They shipped on time, the product was exactly like they said it was. And when I had a question, they responded promptly. It doesn't get much better than that.

The Oyo Novo is an excellent, high quality product in every way. I am a big guy and it is well built and solid, yet very light in weight. The only improvement I can think of would be to offer a 5lb disk that one could purchase separately. Normally, this would not be useful for me, however, I damaged tendons in both my arms, and while they are slowly healing, it seems that higher repetitions, rather than higher resistance helps them heal faster. A 5lb disk may also be beneficial for a more gradual step up to the higher resistance values.
