Works for me!
Well, gotta say that after 4 weeks of use, the OYO device surprisingly delivers. I'm a former Div1 NCAA athlete that at 65 has fond memories of my youth and what fitness was all about. I was hesitant at dishing out a couple hundred bucks for such a small device that was used by "NASA" astronauts, but soon realized that the portability and size was a huge plus.

Increased upper body strength and observed muscle growth and loss of fat in this short time period. I achieved this result by using OYO 3-4x a week for 20-30 mins each session.
