OYO & NOVA Gym

It is as advertised, portable and provides the needed resistance.

I'm very happy with everything about the OYO Nova. Portable, easy to use, multiple exercises. I use it every day while watching TV.

Excellent so far.

Great equipment. Great exercises. Already seeing results in upper body, back and shoulders in just 3 weeks with intermittent workouts.

As a 73 year old male I find this OYO Gym to be the perfect work out. In just a few weeks I have maxed out the personal gym and I am waiting for a sale to upgrade to the Nova.
