Service is excellent, when experiencing a failure with it after about a year, they promptly sent a replacemen, t part. When that didn't work, they offered me a new replacement unit. All free of charge. Thank OYO.

Noticeable results in about 15-20 minutes a day, 5-6 times a week. Tones and strengthens. Fast results, easy to use. Have both models. The original one is smaller and easily transported for travel. The gym model offers more resistance and strength building. Both are well built high quality devices.
