I bought the OVO Gym because I am 80 year's old and wanted to bring back my over all strength. I use it throughout the day, doing multiple reps MY arms and chest show improvement, and even my core looks better...not a brag, just the facts. Use it and it works...Be careful that is a spring skull basher if it gets away from you...Edd

Designers of this personal Gym should get a gold medal Right weight, size and ease of use. Portable and easily stored. Not obtrusive. Good range of exercises for the mobility challenged great product
