Very good and speedy service (dispatched in 2-3 days if i recall correctly. Received the axe as scheduled via fedex. Don't forget duty and taxes when buying from the other side of the pond, but that's on me. As the product itself, beautiful axe head, razor sharp (and i mean, like shaving sharp) with a beautiful mirror polish. Perfect grain alignment on the haft with beautiful color on the wood, truly a piece of art. The only element less than perfect is on the eye of the axe, where a small piece of the wedgeseems to have chipped away but i'm pretty sure it won't cause problem since there's no gap around the rest of the eye or the shoulder.
