It’s been a long time since I’ve come across a company with such outstanding customer service. I cannot fault them. Everything is packaged very well, they went out of their way to ensure my delivery would arrive in time via courier, they we so helpful when my brand new Gazebo lost parts due to flooding and their products are quality. You can tell that they are all campers and really understand the needs of their customers. Even before I had purchased any of their products I had called up with some questions, two days later they had been brainstorming my problem and come up with a potential solution.
