Shipping was clunky and had to call in for the refund of the “oversized” shipping cost. Things 300 bucks and your main thing you sell is coolers. Seems odd to not price it in.

This was sent as a replacement for the 1st cooler i ordered. It is not the same item that i wanted and originally purchased. I had ordered a tote style, wanderer, and was sent the walker softside. Their customer service was prompt and efficient about responding and replacing the 1st item.
