shipped fast, cooler works well

It was the first time to buy an Orca 75 ice cooler and was an excellent choice. It has been 10 days, and this ice cooler still has a bag of ice unmelt. Great product with less expensive than others. Would appreciate if a divider was included. The grooves for the divider are inside the Orca already. It was advertised for free delivery but got charged $49.00. I would like a credit refund. I was able to get a coupon for a discount so that helped us due to inflation.

When my husband dropped his ORCA and this lid broke, he knew he needed another one. He is very pleased with it.
