I have purchased several coolers from Orca!!! Amazing quality!!! And especially that they are 100% American made! In Tennessee!!! Unlike Yeti, which is made in china/ and parts in America in Wisconsin. The quality and and cold/freeze lasts longer than a Yeti. I just recently bought a 20 gallon for a surprise for his work truck and he is so happy with it. His waters last all week and are very cold. The key is to follow the instructions completely and prepare cooler for 28 hours and you are good to go from there on out. We have been using them for several years and we absolutely love them and have not a single problem with cooling, even in the warmer weather. DeeDee
