overall the ordering process was simply and easy and everything was delivered fast then expected.

Our orca replacement lids order arrived as promised, and in good condition. The one drawback was that our travel mug turned out to be a discontinued model for which the lids were slightly too small. Customer service was quick to respond to our communication, and after our sending them pictures of our mug and the lids we had received they were able to quickly supply us with the correct lids. It was a good experience. We are appreciative.
