Oofos are a great product and I bought myself a pair from a third party supplied. I was getting my husband a pair and went to Oofos website and the customer service provided would have me returned to the Oofos website ahead of any other site! There was an issue with delivery and Lynne, the customer service representative, could not have been more helpful. The delivery was delayed (nothing to do with Oofos) but she made sure the new Oofos would arrived and my husband is now happily walking around in them. Thank you Lynne!
