Wrong battery order cost me $300
I love my Pintx and XR. I recently purchased a Pint battery for my Pintx. My fault for ordering the wrong battery (I’ve since bought the correct one,although it’s still in the mail). Trying to navigate your website is not easy. It isn’t cool that I’m stuck with a $300 battery that I can’t use. I love your end product. I ride every day but your customer service wasn’t great and while I bought the correct battery ($500) I’m still a little disappointed that an exchange couldn’t be made.
