I ordered the Shires and Digby dog collar in the orange color. When I opened the package there were visible black marks on the orange collar and green near the buckle. I immediately contacted customer service and as requested I provided pictures of the damaged collar. I received a new collar as a replacement and am very happy with it! This is a very good Shop to do business with and while I don't have horses, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from One Stop Equine Shop! Thanks so much for everything!!!

Our order was processed quickly and shipped within a day. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the dog collar we purchased, however, it was too small. Since we opened the package it was not returnable. We were so pleased with the quality of the collar we ordered two more in different sizes.
