Never got my package

Poor customer service when trying to call in or receive email responses No updates provided on status of order even a month after placing it Had to basically remind customer service that I hadn’t received a part of my order yet so they would remember to ship it out

Still have not received my order almost a month later, despite numerous emails and phone calls. Very poor communication. Disappointed, won’t do business with them again.
