Love my boots!never received shipping updates but they arrived fast enough

Everything was good. Just one thing, i was never told about an expected or estimated delivery time, so i couldn't figure it out how many time it will take to wait for the package

Products were exactly as described, my only concern was that it took many emails to finally get the correct tracking for my package, but the staff were polite and helpful when I emailed them. Overall, Happy with my purchase.

Ordered two blankets at very good prices right after Christmas. Expected shipping to take more time than normal and it did. Unfortunately I only received one of the two blankets and when I talked to the store the other had never even shipped or been packed in my order. It would have taken at lest another week to ship etc and after already waiting well over a week for the original order I chose to cancel that item. I was however able to get a refund for it quickly and the store was polite and apologetic.

The two Myler bits I bought came in a timely manner, and well backaged, in spite of the COVID quarantine. They were just VERY expensive!
