Online measurement help for continental European customers not helpful - guidance on seize not precise leaving room for error. Dispatching Order to Germany very expensive (100 EUR) and it took almost 2 weeks - so slow. Then we had returns, they again cost 20 Euros and were only found after telephone talk to O’Neills customer service. The replacements again needed almost 3 weeks delivery time into Germany. Overall garments seems to be good, but logistics at O’Neills - slow, expensive, not efficient - hence very disappointing customer experience.
