The quality of the fabric

The quality of the fabric is not very good.Easily spots on the fabric and you can’t remove them correctly. But disappointed!

Logistics ver bad

Online measurement help for continental European customers not helpful - guidance on seize not precise leaving room for error. Dispatching Order to Germany very expensive (100 EUR) and it took almost 2 weeks - so slow. Then we had returns, they again cost 20 Euros and were only found after telephone talk to O’Neills customer service. The replacements again needed almost 3 weeks delivery time into Germany. Overall garments seems to be good, but logistics at O’Neills - slow, expensive, not efficient - hence very disappointing customer experience.

Products? Great. Delivery? Overpriced and took forever

Products were great. Shipping and handling was 2x as expensive as it was for Cooper hurling products and the wait was 4x as long. Send it Express
