We are highly satisfied with our first three purchases from O'Neills. The clothes are of an excellent quality - with respect to the material, its finishing and the design. The O'Neills customer service has been extremely helpful, quick and straight to the point. Packaging was thorough and the delivery from Co. Tyrone to Germany reliable and quick. The only regrettable disadvantage we as customers from the continental part of the E.U., i.e. outside Ireland and Britain, had to come to terms with, is the restricted range of products we have access to, due to copyright agreements. That's a pity but doesn't minimize our gratitude for the excellent customer service and perfect goods that are accessible for us through the web shop www.oneills.com.
