Customer service was amazing. My only complaint is that the FFL search program needs to only list FFLs in the state that the purchaser lives in. This caused a delay in getting my firearm as I had it shipped 12 miles away (to an adjacent state) and then had to have it shipped again to my state. It was the first time I had been on a site that did not have an FFL listed automatically in my town, so I did not know the federal law in that regard. Now I do.
