Recently purchased a Trijicon RMR HRS to be used sidearm. I was extremely happy with the fast shipping despite the rain and flooding that was occurring at the time. The customer service team rapidly responded to my questions as timing was critical due to a travel deadline and receiving/mounted the site. The staff is very knowledgable and I will be making future purchases. Thanks to the Omaha team for making my hunt trip complete.

My firearm shipped within a few days of purchase. That was only because my FFL held up the process by the way, otherwise it would have shipped next day. These guys are fast at Omaha Outdoors. Travis was very polite and responded to my questions immediately, and I'm serious when I say "immediately." Within 5 minutes of me sending them an email, they called me on the phone to resolve my issue. I can't really rate the gun, since it hasn't been fired, but it arrived in perfect shape. I love the grip texture and ergonomics. The fit and finish is excellent, and the controls are well thought-out. The double action trigger pull is heavy, and it gets much heavier near the end of the break. I'm no trigger snob though, so I wasn't bothered at all. It works for its intended purpose, a concealed carry gun. If you demand light crisp triggers, then by something else. If you are used to heavy double action trigger pulls, like revolvers, then you'll have no problem. I really liked the factory sights too. Omaha Outdoors was the only site besides Gunbroker with this specific variant of the HK P30 V3 in stock (9mm without manual safety). On top of that, the price was amazing. Overall it was a great buying experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone. I don't know if they always give the kind of customer service they gave me, but if they do, then these guys are pretty much the Chick-fil-a of online firearm dealers. The service was that good. Now I want a juicy chicken sandwich...
