OLPRO- old

So far happy with Olpro's services, I am waiting on my awning which was pre-ordered back in November, it has been delayed however it's understandable under the circumstances. I have ordered a number of accessories for the awning and can't fault the packing and shipping service. The carpet I've bought was a little pricey compared to others I viewed but it is made for my awning so I know it will be a good fit. The free delivery on all products is a big plus.

because of the Brexit, we had some problems but Olpro helped us very good. They give a very good service.

Item bought was 3 x 1metres of awning rail. It arrived quickly and well packed and included all necessary screws, sealing washers and 2 drill bits. I pre-drilled the holes along my Fiat Ducato but found the screws were not strong enough for mild steel, they either broke or the pozidrive recess rounded. They would be adequate in aluminium/wood as found on a caravan. Fortunately I had 36 stronger ones in my stock. Other than that I am pleased with my purchase

Although we had to wait beyond the time given when the order was made the goods arrived, packaged well. Won’t be used until after lockdown and the weather warms up but initial thoughts are that it looks a useful addition to our caravan supplies. The orange color is perfect. Customer service always responded quickly to our enquires.

Awning arrived next day, unable to put it up until weather improves so cannot comment on quality etc. until then!
