I am a 69 year old male. After 5 years satisfied with an Ohm e-bike with Bionx rear-hub drive with 31,000k I got an Ohm Quest in Feb. 2021. This is such a great bike that I had 6300 km on it by mid Dec. 2021. I can do a fair amount of service myself but ran into problems replacing the brake pads as the cylinders were seized ( maybe too much riding in gritty conditions in November?). I needed help so I booked an appointment with Ohm and they very efficiently fixed everything as well as giving me valuable advice for future care. These guys are such a pleasure to do business with.

This suspension seat post far exceeded my expectations. It takes the jarring out of riding on concrete and asphalt bike paths. Well worth the money.
