This suspension seat post far exceeded my expectations. It takes the jarring out of riding on concrete and asphalt bike paths. Well worth the money.

I am a 69 year old male, and tremendously satisfied with my Ohm Quest e-bike which I purchased in February 2020. After 8 months and 6,000 kilometres it required brake pad replacement. I thought I could do that myself but made a couple of mistakes so I took the bike in to Ohm in North Vancouver the week before Christmas. They were very efficient and such a pleasure to deal with giving me valuable advice on future care of my bike.

Recommended high quality eBike with great customer service. Best on the North Shore and likely well beyond.

Takes the edge off especially at night

Love the bike , have nothing negative to say. Depending on your type of riding , make sure the tires are good for you.
