I am delighted with the product and the customer service! Hat was not too big, not too small, and very simple so it goes with almost anything. The fabric was sturdy enough to hold its shape, and you can fold the front a little so you can see farther. I wanted it before a family visit to the Bird Park, and the customer service staff emailed the next day and said it was posted and on the way. I received my hats in less than 3 days. Thank you!
