I'm genuinely impressed with micro scooters! They made it really simple to order replacement parts and gave instructional videos about what to do to fit them. There was a small issue with one of the spare parts I ordered so I went through to their online chat and the person who I spoke to, knew their stuff, was straight to the point and got the part next day delivered to me.
