Parts availability and a quality build were part of the reason I decided on a micro speed classic scooter. It's been a good purchase and improved my commute. A few minor parts failed at year 2, but I admit to doing curb jumps that I doubt are a recommended use-case. Customer service was a real person, prompt and helpful, and I had my parts within a week. A good purchase and still fun.
